A customer came to us with their European Vehicle after a recent accident in which the airbags had deployed. Following the incident, the air conditioning system stopped functioning, leaving the customer without climate control in their vehicle.
Our technicians conducted a detailed diagnostic check and discovered that the vehicle’s computer system had stored the crash data, which was preventing the air conditioning system from operating. The memory of the accident event needed to be reset to restore normal functionality to the car’s electronic systems.
We performed a full reset of the vehicle’s computer system to clear the stored crash data, which allowed the air conditioning to resume normal operation.
